pg ok VIP — Get back value from your play with a three-tier cashback program
pg ok has introduced a special VIP program for regular players. At the end of each week, a portion of your net losses is returned directly to your account — this is the weekly cashback.
Three tiers, three cashback benefits
The pg ok VIP program has three tiers in total — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate is different at each tier. The higher the tier, the more cashback you receive.
Bronze
This is where your VIP journey begins. Regular players are automatically placed in this tier and can receive up to 0.3% cashback on their net losses each week.
Bronze VIPSilver
For regular players at an intermediate level. Reaching this tier more than doubles your weekly cashback rate.
Silver VIPGold
The highest tier. Reaching this level means you can receive up to 1.0% cashback on your net losses every week — for pg ok's most active members.
Gold VIP
Calculated on the week's net losses
Weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week. This means if you win more in a given week, cashback may not apply for that week.
The process is fully automatic — at the end of each week, the pg ok system calculates the figures itself and credits cashback to eligible members' accounts.
If you play regularly in Slots or any other category, this cashback gives your balance a small boost.
A real cashback calculation at the Silver tier
Suppose a member is at the Silver tier and their net loss for a week is ৳20,000.
(after subtracting total winnings from total losses)
(this is the maximum amount at the Silver tier for that week)
How to move to a higher tier
There is no fixed deposit threshold for pg ok VIP tier advancement — it depends on your regular activity. The more active you are, the sooner you create the opportunity to move to the next tier.
Regular Participation
Being active on pg ok daily or weekly puts your activity on record. Playing more in a single week counts, but consistent play over time is more effective in the long run.
Play Across Different Sections
Instead of sticking to just one section, staying active across different parts of pg ok Casino increases your overall participation.
Stay Consistent
Avoid long breaks. Consistent activity is the key to advancing through VIP tiers.
Tier Review
pg ok reviews your tier every week or at set intervals, and eligible members are upgraded automatically.
What benefits do VIP members receive
Beyond cashback, pg ok VIP members enjoy several exclusive benefits that are not available on a standard account.
Priority Service
When VIP members contact support, their requests are flagged separately. Assistance is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.
Early Access to Special Promotions
Certain promotions and offers are opened to VIP members first. This benefit is especially useful during festivals or major matches.
Faster Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from VIP tier members receive extra attention during processing — within the standard timeframe, but with priority.
Full details of these benefits can be found on the Terms and Conditions page. pg ok may update the list of VIP benefits from time to time.
Cashback is not a reason to play more
Play with caution
VIP cashback is a reward — it should not be treated as an incentive to play more. Deliberately placing larger bets to earn cashback will only increase your overall losses.
pg ok believes gaming should be for entertainment, not stress. Set your budget and stay within that limit.
