Account Opening Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on pg ok and use any of its services, a Member must be at least 21 years old. Use of any service on this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. pg ok may request identity documents at any time to verify age.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each Member may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
Information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and all deposited funds being withheld. It is solely the Member's responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on pg ok is ৳200. Members may deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are accepted.
Deposited funds must come solely from the registered Member's own payment source. Transactions from a third party's bank account or mobile banking number will not be accepted, and if such a transaction is identified, the funds will be returned.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within one hour. Withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit.
To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met. Withdrawal requests will be declined if wagering has not been completed.
3.3 Identity Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, pg ok may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for identity verification. This is a necessary step to protect the Member and to prevent money laundering.
Bonus and Wagering Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New Members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To make this bonus eligible for withdrawal, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus.
4.2 Other Offers

4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as using multiple accounts, using a VPN to bypass geographic restrictions, or applying risk-free betting strategies — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the associated account may be suspended if detected.
Member Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Permitted Use
The pg ok platform is provided solely for lawful entertainment purposes. Members must always act honestly and maintain respectful conduct toward other Members.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets

5.3 Consequences

Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Closure by pg ok
pg ok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any Member's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent or deceptive activity, failure to complete identity verification, and other prohibited activities.
10.2 Closure by the Member
A Member who wishes to close their own account may do so by submitting a request via live chat. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed; however, any unused bonuses will be cancelled.
10.3 Inactive Accounts
pg ok may apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The specific terms regarding this can be obtained through the pg ok support team.
pg ok's Limitation of Liability
pg ok will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses. This includes: actions by third parties, internet connectivity problems, a Member's own poor decisions or negligence, and external cyberattacks.
pg ok is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming or betting on the platform. Betting and gaming are inherently risky activities, and Members must participate with full awareness of that risk.
Validity and Enforceability of Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. The invalidation of one provision does not invalidate the Terms as a whole.
